-Sunday 26th October, "Turning Inwards" a afternoon session to mark the clocks changing - Brighton UK

 

 

 

In 2019 we continued our popular summer series of 5Rhythms dance classes right on Brighton Beach (UK). In 2019/20 we will also be offering sunsets sessions in the San Francisco Bay area (USA)- details TBC.

For the UK Friday night "Sunset Sessions" we use silent disco headsets to start the dance in a beautiful beach front studio, with windows wide open to the seashore as the sun sets. Mid session, when we are fully warmed up, we head outside to dance by sea and sky. There are no steps to learn, nothing to get right, just being with our own body as we move to the music. All classes are guided by accredited 5Rhythms teacher Tess Howell.

 

There are 35 headsets available and these events regularly sell out, advance booking is necessary via the link to the left to ensure that everyone gets a place. Sorry we can’t “save” people places without a booking, nor can we magically create more headsets once all of the places are sold out!!
