A ten part deep dive course in tending to your own transformation via dancing in nature - wherever in the world you are. We will explore how the mystery shows up in our lives (call it luck, coincidence, intuition, grace, being in the flow, happenstance, "just-kinda-knowing", the dance of life...) We will surrender deeper to this flow of good fortune and to the richness it brings to our lives.  Starts 21st September.

"We have not been raised to cultivate a sense of Mystery. We may even see the unknown as an insult to our competence, a personal failing. Seen this way, the unknown becomes a challenge to action.

But Mystery does not require action; Mystery requires our attention. Mystery requires that we listen and become open. When we meet with the unknown in this way, we can be touched by a wisdom that can transform our lives.”

Join us for series of 7 personal practice gently guided outdoor dance journeys to stream out in nature via your phone at a time/place that suits you each week, accompanied by a weekly workbook on cultivating your own wisdom, wildness and wonder; tapping into the good guidance that is available to (and through) each of us.

The 7 sessions are supported by 3 live zoom community calls for soul-full support as you move through the journey. Begins on the autumn equinox September 21st.

These times have been tricky and we are likely not done!  Dance in nature is a supportive space for us to hold it all in heart, to move through what maybe backed up within us. To free the dam and find our way back into an abundant flow; to literally get things moving again.

In the dance we will (re)discover our own power, passion and potency; finding soulful ways through it all. Sometimes we transform via our own intention, sometimes life brings unforeseen surprises and we get worked and transformed by something outside of us.  We will learn to work skillfully with the things we can’t control- resourcing ourselves, building resilience, replenishing ourselves with mindful movement in nature. We will get embodied on the earth, enjoying fuller self expression, developing our own daring, rediscovering what is bold and brilliant within us; living more in touch with the marvelous mystery of it all.

We will become active participants in our own unfolding. We will listen in to what calls us, coming into partnership with the intelligence of the living world around us as we dance outdoors.

" Grace is not a gift we own, but a gift in movement, that is, a gift with an incentive to move us and move through us. It does not land on us like rain. It blows through us wind and is meant to reach everyone else too. It is a moving event...."

David Richo

Happiness is found in space to move, space to breath, space away from the clutter and clamour of endless conversations. Moving under wide open skies I have space to feel again, to find my way back to myself. -In the space I can heart own heart, I can feel how full it has got and how much still needs to be move through the system. I can empty out. I attune to something wider, wiser more wonder-filled than my separate sense of self. Dance in nature brings us this and so much more. Moving with the Mystery

"I do not at all understand the mystery of grace - only that it meets us where we are but does not leave us where it found us."

Anne Lamott

"It began in mystery, and it will end in mystery, but what a savage and beautiful country lies in between...."
